Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) on Pesticides & Marijuana – URGENT

The ODA (Oregon Department of Agriculture) has issued 12 notices of statewide detainment, stop sale and removal orders for horticultural products that contain pesticide active ingredients not listed on their labels, currently sold in the State of Oregon to Cannabis Growers and other agricultural entities. The orders call for the growers/product manufacturers to immediately cease all sales, offers of sale, or other distribution in Oregon. In addition, marijuana products within Oregon, or cannabis transported into the state by any type of business transaction or other method are detained.
